At MMPT and MTLLC, we are committed to the safety and well-being of our patients and providers. We believe in the importance of in-clinic visits. We are taking additional steps to make sure everyone is safe to participate in clinic care and we are able to stay open to provide care!
In accordance with Colorado Department of Public Health Guidelines, Colorado Executive Orders, Jefferson County Public Health Guidelines, and the CDC recommendations, these are the clinic guidelines for all individuals (patients and providers) attending in-clinic visits at MMPT/MTLLC.

Criteria for In-Clinic or Telehealth Visits
1. All patients/caregivers will receive an email prescreen the day before the scheduled in-clinic visit. In order to attend the clinic visit, we MUST have a response to the prescreen email prior to the session.
2. If a patient or provider has any symptoms (any COVID symptoms), we will transition to telehealth for 5 days from the onset of symptoms. No clinic visits for 5 days. Please test for COVID on day 6.
3. If a patient or provider is exposed to a family member who has CONFIRMED COVID, we will transition to telehealth for 10 days from the onset of their symptoms. No clinic visits for 10 days.
4. If a patient or provider is exposed to a family member who has ANY COVID SYMPTOMS, we will transition to telehealth for 5 days UNLESS the family member has a confirmed negative COVID test.

In Clinic Visits - Patients
1. Patients must complete the in-clinic visit prescreen email prior to their visit at MMPT/MTLLC.
2. Patients/Caregivers must wear a face covering when in the clinic and throughout their PT/OT session.
3. Patients/Caregivers will have their temperature scanned before entering into MMPT/MTLLC.
4. No siblings or caregivers are allowed to wait in the waiting area.

In Clinic Visits - Providers
1. Your provider will wear a face covering throughout your session.
2. Your provider is compliant with workplace guidelines on daily temperature tracking and symptom screening prior to coming in to work.
3. Rigorous cleaning protocols have always been a part of our day to day operating procedures. We are continuing to clean between all patients with hospital grade cleaning agents and have increased cleaning processes for all higher traffic areas and surfaces.
