Injury Prevention
Weakness, tightness and stiffness can often lead to injury and pain. Orthopedic physical therapy can help address those problems and get you a plan to avoid further pain and injury. Treatment can involve therapeutic exercises, correction of movement mechanics, and manual therapy.
Injury Management
If life happens and an injury occurs, we can help you get back to your best. Dr. Hansen will focus on rehab of the injury but further evaluate you to ensure you prevent it again and avoid painful movement as you return to your day-to-day.
Post-Operative Recovery
Sometimes we cannot avoid it but surgery is needed to repair or replace an injured tissue or deteriorated joint. Dr. Stephanie has worked with patients of all the area’s orthopedic surgeons to address physical therapy post-operatively. She is mindful to follow post-op protocols and address swelling, pain, and movement as needed following surgery. Getting you back to your usual activities, recreation and sport are top of mind.
